$40 per Session
All sessions are designed to improve athletic performance, overall fitness and include -  

1 Hour Training: guided by one of our dedicated trainers

4 Sessions (1x a Week): $140

6 Sessions (1-2x a week): $180

8 Sessions (2x a week): $230

12 Sessions (3x a week): $330
